When will my loose diamond or jewelry purchase ship?
- Loose diamonds are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
- Natural Diamonds that are part of our Virtual inventory are sourced from approved outside suppliers and are not in house. Please note that from receipt of payment in full, it can take 7-10 days for us to receive these stones in house. Once the diamond is received in house, we will prepare your order for shipment and ship accordingly per the shipping speed selected at check-out.
- Rings and Settings may take approximately 15 Business days depending on the nature of the ring, our workload and heavy seasonal orders.
- Custom rings and settings may require up to 4 weeks for completion.
- Gemstones may take up to 3 weeks to ship.
- Please note that if we are requested to hold an order in house on behalf of a customer, the return/refund option will expire 30 days after payment has been received.
