We hope this finds you and your family safe as the health crisis impacts our communities.

For the past few weeks, the country and the world continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus.  We would like to extend our sympathy to all who have been affected by COVID-19.

Brian Gavin Diamonds has always been about people – our employees and our customers – and the relationships we have built over the past 20+ years. With the spread of this pandemic, we want you to know that there is no higher priority for us than the safety of our team and our community.

We feel it is important to update you on the precautions we are taking to keep our employees safe, as well as our plans of operation as the situation continues to develop.

Per the current “Stay Home Work Safe” order for the City of Houston and Harris County, our physical location will be closed from midnight March 24 until April 3 and all members of our staff will be working off site as mandated.  Our website is fully operational and purchases can be made online. New orders will be processed as soon as our physical location reopens. Members of our dedicated team will be available during normal business hours via phone (1-866-611-4465), live chat or email (admin@briangavindiamonds.com) to answer any questions about new or existing orders. In addition, our CAD design department is operational and we are able to process custom designs in the interim to get a jump start on new orders. Please be assured that all orders that are already in progress will be completed and shipped when we reopen.

We are closely following guidelines from the CDC and other public health agencies, as well as from the City, State and Federal Government and will post updates as they become available.
