When we launched our new blog and website, we started receiving huge volumes of e-mails daily…we were so touched by the incredible comments that were coming in and would love to share a small sampling of excerpts with you…..

My heart dropped when I heard that you and Brian had left. You made the diamond buying experience great for me, and your expertise in helping me with the stone was perfect. I have been hesitant to trust anyone else and can't wait to work with you again!…

Keep me posted. I will continue to do business with you. I do business with people not companies. Good luck!

I am so happy I found you!!!! Thank you for emailing me back.  I emailed you at WF and they said you were gone 🙁  I was devastated.  I felt like I had lost my friend and now I found you.  All I can say is enjoy your downtime.  I know once you two get things moving again, you will be SWAMPED!!!!

I am not surprised that so many have wanted to stay in touch, you are both very dear to many of us!  I also want to take this opportunity to thank you both for all you have done to empower the consumer and for how much I have learned from you.  My eternity ring (which I adore) is all the more special now knowing that it contains stones that Brian selected and that you helped to create it too

I can't wait for you guys to finish setting up shop and be back in full swing. I like the cutter's blog, and your pic for the live chat is great! I can't wait to see what you have in store for us, and I am looking forward to being one of the first to do business with you guys!

Brian and Lesley, the best to both of you in your new business.  My wife is still thrilled with her three diamond "a cut above ring".  We regularly get comments on how the diamonds sparkle.  We will do some more business downstream

I'm glad that, despite your leaving WF, you've got something in the works. For me you and Brian were WF, so I will anxiously await the news of what you're up to 🙂

Good to hear that you've started afresh. Of course my allegiance was always to the fantastic service you and Brian provided, so I won't hesitate to send business your way

I certainly have the greatest admiration for you and Brian and look forward to hearing your plans for the next phase of your lives!

Every ending marks a new beginning and I am sure that Brian and you will make a big success of your new venture

I was sad and shocked to hear that you were leaving WF, but am happy to read about you and your upcoming projects on the website.  Brian's work and your wonderful customer service have made me a lifelong fan and customer to you both.  I look forward to hearing what's next in your future

I wish you all every success as you move forward.  Please let me know your plans and activities as things evolve and I will certainly keep in touch.  Please give Brian my very best

I recently called WF and asked for you and was simply told you weren't in.  I must admit, a part of me feels a disconnect without having you and Brian there.  You guys do great work and I know you'll be back "in business" in no time if that's your plan

I tried to email you when I heard you were leaving WF, but I don't imagine they forwarded your messages. I was rather sad to think we'd lose touch, so I'm really pleased to have found a way to contact you

We are all waiting to hear what you and Brian will be doing next.  I was glad to find the link to Brian's blog.  It was quite a surprise to me that you left WF.  I hope your new venture will be all you hope it to be

I'm eager to hear about your new plans, though I am sure you must be incredibly busy. I'm sure you whatever you two do, it will be amazing

Just wanted to say "Good Luck" on your new adventure together…. I look forward to creating lots of beautiful pieces with you both in the future. What an exciting time for you and Brian. I will continue to check the site for updates. I'm so excited for you, and look forward to working with you again soon.:-) Can't wait to hear what you guys are up to…

Everyone loves you and everyone is going to miss you both a great deal. Thank you for responding, you can count on me to keep in touch

Hello Brian – I discovered Pricescope a couple of months ago and have been getting an education there while planning an upgrade in the next several months.  I have read such good things about you and Lesley and noted that you recently left WF and are on to new adventures.  Just wanted to introduce myself and ask that you keep me on your e-mail list for news about your future plans.  I live in New Orleans and am planning on traveling later this year to look at stones (doesn't that sound like fun!) and hope to work with you and Lesley

I was sad to think you didn't get my thanks that I emailed to WF, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your hard work and dedication you showed. WF is never going to be the same without you guys! I am glad to hear that you are still going to work together; I will be waiting in anticipation to hear of your plans

Hi, just a quick note; I wanted to wish you the best Brian and Lesley.  I am excited for what is to come in 2009!  Cheers friends!

I registered because I want to stay in touch with you and Brian.  I love the brand of course, and the work that you do.  I care deeply about you guys, although I have never met you.  I guess I am very protective… So best wishes to you going forward...
