Sholdt custom design ring is a show stopper!
The 2014 JCK Trade Show has come to an end and one of the highlights of the show was this ring custom created by Sholdt Designs which features a Brian Gavin Signature Cushion cut diamond as the center stone! The ring was featured as part of the Couture collection and highlighted in Style 360, a jewelry blog for subscribers of JCK Magazine, which celebrates new collections, trends, celebrity styles, and pieces for every occasion, as one of “8 New Bridal Jewels to See” and clearly we are honored to be featured in an article which told attendees of the show to “prepare to be dazzled by new designs” because we do think that this is a dazzling looking ring! All right, we might be a bit biased because we LOVE the Brian Gavin Signature Cushion cut diamond and think that Sholdt Designs is absolutely amazing, but can you blame us?

This custom design ring from Sholdt is another new favorite of ours, it is simply spectacular and is just one of the many Sholdt Designs featured by Brian Gavin. Don’t get too caught up in the quality of the photograph, it was taken on the fly at the JCK Show in Las Vegas, with just a camera phone! The JCK Trade Show happens to be one of the largest jewelry trade shows in the world, which is attended by virtually everybody who is anybody in the jewelry industry, and it is extremely interesting. The exhibitors consist of jewelry manufacturers, diamond cutters, equipment manufacturers, jewelry supply companies, and packaging companies, everything that has to do with running a successful jewelry company.

Attending the JCK Trade Show in Las Vegas helps us to keep up with current trends in the jewelry industry, as well as meet with friends, catch up with competitors, schmooze with suppliers, and generally just have a good old time exchanging ideas with other leaders in the diamond and jewelry industry… there are round table discussions about the state of the diamond industry, panels on where the diamond industry is headed in the next decade, classes on diamond grading, classes on custom jewelry design using computer aided design (CAD) and pretty much anything else you can imagine that pertains to the diamond industry.
By the end of the show, we’re practically dead on our feet, but we’re super excited about the opportunity that the show provides to keep up with the pulse of the industry and to see what exciting new trends are being introduced by jewelry designers like Sholdt, who is a custom jewelry designer which we’ve enjoyed working with for many years!
