Obviously we’re not suggesting that you don’t bring jewelry with you when you travel, just be smart about the pieces that you choose to bring with you, and don’t bring anything with you that you will be terribly upset about losing if something happens… theft is not the only risk that you have to worry about when travelling with jewelry, it is also possible to lose jewelry while swimming in the ocean, or leave it in a hotel room.
