Buyers Guide: Infinity Engagement Rings
“I’m wondering whether Brian Gavin offers any infinity engagement rings? I think that my girlfriend would really like an engagement ring that somehow encompasses an infinity symbol into the design. I’m looking for something more than just an inscription, although that would be a nice touch. I’d prefer that the infinity symbol somehow be intertwined into the design. It would be even more interesting if the design could incorporate some accent diamonds. She seems to be attracted to ring designs that include some diamonds within the band.”
Criss Cross and Twisted Solitaire:
You might say that one person’s Infinity Symbol is another’s Criss Cross & Twisted Solitaire. Because the design of the band incorporated within the design of this Criss Cross & Twisted Solitaire by Sholdt featured above, looks a lot like an Infinity symbol to me.
These infinity style engagement rings are hand crafted to fit the specific dimensions of round diamonds, weighing between 0.50 – 2.00 carats. The rings are available in 14k, 18k, rose gold, yellow gold, white gold, palladium, and platinum. They can be finished with a variety of surfaces, including bright, brushed, sandblast, "German finish", etc.
Infinity Engagement Ring with Diamonds:
The Carisa setting by Brian Gavin is another setting which incorporates a twist into the band, that looks very much like an Infinity symbol. We’ve incorporated Brian Gavin Signature melee diamonds into alternating sections of the band. It creates a unique look which is truly stunning.
The difference between Brian Gavin Signature melee and standard quality accent diamonds, is that the melee that we use is cut to the same exacting standards as larger Brian Gavin Signature diamonds. Thus, it is going to provide the same high volume of light return and sparkle of the center stone!
Fuller Looking Infinity Engagement Ring:
If you prefer a fuller look, the Kayla setting by Brian Gavin is accented by diamonds which are set on both sides of the twisted band. This way the entire upper section of the infinity pattern is covered in diamonds. Once again, we are using Brian Gavin Signature melee diamonds. Thus, you’ll find that the sparkle factor of the accent diamonds is comparable to the center stone.
One of the benefits of working with Brian Gavin, is that we make all of our settings individually, one ring at a time, made to order.
Thus, you are free to customize your engagement ring to better fit your desires. While there is no need to reinvent the wheel if you find one of these cross twist solitaires appealing, you are free to custom order a different style of Infinity engagement ring if you prefer a different design. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll be happy to walk you through the design process.
